The group is well known to visitors to many Moscow and regional clubs as an active participant in a multitude of depeche- and synthpop evenings and concerts. Its appearances as support for the famous synthpop groups AND ONE, DE/VISION, MESH, T.O.Y., during their Russian tours, deserve particular mention. Creatively, MODULE is striving to fill a niche that has recently appeared on the Russian music scene owing to the virtually total lack of groups playing in the synthpop style. Roman and Alexei now also make up exactly half of the revived legend of the Russian synthpop scene – the group TECHNOLOGIA. This is not surprising, as Roman Ryabtsev, the leader of TECHNOLOGIA, is the sound producer for many MODULE songs and the lads are old friends. In December 2003, a third member joined MODULE - Matthew Yudov, alias DJ BabyMax.
